Today I’m bringing you a rather thick junk journal I created for the Tres Jolie Kit Club using the papers, frames, tag, and resin pieces that came in this month’s scrapbooking kit.
I was inspired by Wendy’s Journal Adventure’s “The Caring Gardner Botanical Journal.” I don’t even know what I was looking for when I came across the video, but I loved how the first and last signatures were dedicated to pockets and flip-outs with the middle signatures dedicated to the pages to write on; I had always seen journals with the pocket and flip-out pages intermingled with the writing pages. I also loved the corrugated cardboard she used on the inside covers, which reminded me I had some KaiserCraft Corrugated Sheets from the October 2019 Tres Jolie Scrapbooking Kit.
